Terms of Service
The legally binding agreement governing your use of the PolyGram prediction-market platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PolyGram platform ("Platform"), including our website at polygram.ink, Telegram mini-app, mobile applications, APIs, and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PolyGram.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where prediction markets or similar services are prohibited by law; it is your responsibility to determine whether your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) maintain and promptly update such information; (c) maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials; (d) accept responsibility for all activities under your account; and (e) immediately notify PolyGram of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate or fraudulent information.
4. Platform Description
PolyGram is a prediction-market platform that enables users to trade on the outcomes of real-world events. The Platform provides access to binary outcome markets (Yes/No) across categories including politics, cryptocurrency, sports, entertainment, and more. Market prices reflect the collective assessment of probability by participants. PolyGram is not a gambling service, investment advisor, or broker-dealer; the Platform facilitates peer-to-peer trading of event-outcome shares.
5. Prediction Markets
All markets are resolved based on publicly verifiable data sources as specified in each market's resolution criteria. Trading involves risk and you may lose some or all of your deposited funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market prices are not financial advice. You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and that you have read our Responsible Trading guidelines.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via cryptocurrency (USDC and USDT on Polygon) and other supported payment methods. Processing times may vary. The minimum deposit amount is $10. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and applicable AML/KYC procedures. PolyGram reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where additional verification is required or where suspicious activity is detected.
7. Fees
PolyGram may charge fees on trades, deposits, or withdrawals. All applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Fee schedules are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time with at least 7 days' notice. Network transaction fees (gas) are separate from Platform fees and are determined by the underlying blockchain network.
8. User Obligations
You agree to: (a) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (b) not use the Platform if doing so would violate any law in your jurisdiction; (c) maintain accurate account information; (d) use the Platform only for its intended purpose; (e) report any bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities rather than exploit them; (f) keep your login credentials secure; and (g) comply with any additional policies published on the Platform.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not: use the Platform for any illegal purpose; manipulate markets or engage in wash trading; create multiple accounts; use bots or automated tools without authorisation; attempt to exploit vulnerabilities; engage in activity that disrupts Platform operation; use the Platform to launder money or finance terrorism; trade on markets where you have material non-public information about the outcome; circumvent geographic restrictions; or impersonate another person or entity. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by PolyGram or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant PolyGram a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use such content in connection with Platform operation.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PolyGram does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Platform at your sole risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyGram and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount of funds you have deposited on the Platform in the preceding 12 months, or (b) $10,000 USD.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PolyGram and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the Platform; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), conducted in English. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
16. Termination
PolyGram may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Open positions will remain until resolution, and any remaining balance (after resolution and fee deduction) will be available for withdrawal subject to applicable verification procedures.
