PolyGram is an on-chain prediction market where you trade YES or NO outcome shares with real USDC on Polygon. For this market, buy YES if you believe the event will happen, or NO if you think it won't. Your maximum loss is your stake — winning shares pay $1.00 each at resolution. Unlike sportsbooks, there is no house edge: prices are set by supply and demand from other traders and reflect the crowd's real-time probability.
Market outcomes
| HYPE Up or Down - May 12, 4AM ET | 50% YES | 50% NO |
This market tracks whether HYPE/USDT closes higher than or equal to its opening price during the one-hour candle beginning 12 May 2026 at 04:00 ET on Binance. The 50-50 split in current implied probability reflects genuine uncertainty about directional movement within a single hourly window, a timeframe where technical noise often dominates fundamental drivers. Order book depth on Polymarket shows balanced positioning between buyers and sellers, with neither side commanding significant liquidity advantage at present odds.
Hourly candle resolution markets on established crypto pairs typically exhibit mean-reversion characteristics, particularly during low-volatility periods. Historical data from similar one-hour USDT pairs suggests that when implied probability sits at equilibrium (50%), the underlying asset has recently experienced neither sustained upward nor downward pressure. The current reading indicates traders perceive the preceding hours as neutral, with no clear directional bias priced into the open.
Traders monitoring this candle should track broader market conditions in the hours immediately preceding 04:00 ET on 12 May, including Bitcoin and Ethereum movement, which often drive altcoin momentum. Any significant announcements regarding the HYPE ecosystem or exchange-wide trading halts would alter expected volatility. Binance's order book depth and recent volume patterns on the HYPE/USDT pair will provide real-time signals about institutional positioning as the settlement window approaches.
