NRG Esports will face CCG Esports in a best-of-three League of Legends match within the North American Challengers League regular season, scheduled for 7 May at 7:00 PM ET. The Polymarket order book is currently pricing this at 100% implied probability for NRG victory, reflecting substantial confidence in the favoured team's ability to secure the match win.
NRG Esports operates as an established esports organisation with resources and infrastructure typically associated with stronger Challengers League competitors, whilst CCG Esports represents a less prominent roster in the regional circuit. Historical matchups between organisations of differing competitive tiers in the Challengers League have frequently resulted in victories for the better-resourced team, though upset outcomes occur at meaningful frequency—roughly 15-20% of matches involving clear favourites produce unexpected results. The current 100% pricing suggests the market is pricing in near-certainty of NRG's technical superiority and preparation advantage.
Traders should monitor official League Championship Series and Challengers League scheduling announcements for any fixture postponements or cancellations, which would trigger the 50-50 resolution clause if delays extend beyond seven days post-scheduled date. Player roster confirmations and any last-minute roster changes announced by either organisation in the 48 hours preceding match time could shift competitive dynamics. The settlement window closes 2026-05-08 at 04:50 UTC, providing a tight resolution window that requires confirmed match completion and result verification within that timeframe.

The mechanics for trading "LoL: NRG Esports vs CCG Esports (BO3) - North American Challengers League Regular Season" are the same as any other PolyGram event contract. Each YES share resolves to $1 if the event happens, or $0 if it doesn't. The current price between 0¢ and 100¢ is the market's probability estimate, set live by the order book.
$143K in lifetime turnover and $0 of resting liquidity puts this market in the top 30% by volume for games contracts on PolyGram. Order-book depth is thin — large orders may need to be split across the book or executed as limit orders.
The market has been open for under a month — fresh enough that information asymmetry remains a real factor.
Higher-volume markets tend to have tighter spreads and faster price discovery — meaning the displayed YES/NO percentages are more likely to reflect the true crowd-implied probability rather than a single trader's directional view.
Resolution is sourced from https://www.twitch.tv/NACL. Settlement is executed by the UMA optimistic oracle on Polygon, with a 2-hour dispute window before payouts clear.
